Support
Untangle what keeps you stuck.
We help you notice and untangle the thoughts, feelings, memories, and patterns that keep you living in yesterday and tomorrow, robbing you of the beauty that is today.
About
But we don’t have to be bound by them.
Who we support
Care for trauma, attachment wounds, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, shame, perfectionism, relational strain, transitions, and that age-old feeling of being stuck.
Support for overwhelming feelings, behavioral shifts, grief, loss, trauma responses, and the long tail of something difficult. Treatment options are informed by the child's developmental level.
Care for adoptees, adoptive parents, siblings, birth families, and foster-care-connected people navigating identity, belonging, separation, attachment wounds, and repair.
Support for the people who walk alongside, carrying the load with and for others.
When expectations, pressure, fear, the unexpected, or the unknown keep you from creating or performing at your full potential.
Our Approach
At Texarkana Counseling Collective, our goal is to create a safe place to hold your story and provide the support you need as you navigate through it.
We begin by understanding the experiences that have shaped you, what you want to change, and what your nervous system may still be carrying. Together, we develop a plan that respects your needs, capacity, and pace.
Brain and Body Based Care
Every person has their own needs and capacity. Our clinicians bring advanced training and certification in brain- and body-based therapies, tailoring care to address the deep-seated impacts and physiological effects of trauma.

Process
Together, we address the impact of stress, trauma, grief, shame, and attachment wounds on the body, mind, and soul.
Regulate
We work together towards restoring a sense of safety within in order to increase capacity to manage emotions, triggers, and stressors in a healthy way.
We are each shaped by our stories, but we don’t have to be bound by them. Hope is here and healing is possible.
