We start with a general overview of the experiences that have shaped you, what you wish could change, and collaboratively develop a plan on how to get you there.

Every person has their own unique needs and capacity, and we take special care to tailor treatment specifically to you. With extensive training in brain and body based therapies, the work can support, process, and regulate.
